- Zero-Knowledge Access: KulRakshak personnel do not access the contents of your Digital Vault unless explicitly authorized by you for service delivery purposes (e.g., claim assistance, document preparation)
- Encryption at Rest: All documents stored in the Digital Vault are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption standards
- Access Logging: Every access to your Digital Vault is logged and auditable, including the identity of the accessor, timestamp, and actions performed
- Nominee Privacy: When you designate nominees and configure access permissions, the nominee will only be able to view the specific documents or categories you have authorized — not your entire vault
- Export & Deletion: You may export all data from your Digital Vault at any time. Upon account deletion, all vault data will be permanently and irrecoverably destroyed within sixty (60) days, unless retention is required by law
12) Children's Privacy
KulRakshak's Website and Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process Personal Data from children under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
